We'll also ask a few basic questions to better understand the scope of your needs and what a potential project might look like.

KATA Consult isn't a technical deep dive or a full process audit. It's a starting point.

There is no cost and no obligation. If we're a good fit, we'll discuss a sensible next step, which could be a KATA Audit, a focused project, or another Office KATA service.

And if we're not the right fit? That's okay too. We'd rather identify that early than recommend work that doesn't make sense for your business.
